Michael Wood

After a few runs living elsewhere, Michael found his way back home to Maine and settled in for the long haul. Hagas is Michael's debut novel. His writing is continually inspired by the people and places he encounters in his travels – whether around the corner or around the world. He loves letting his somewhat wild imagination fill in the blanks of stories yet to be told. When he's not writing, you'll find him kayaking, camping, beaching, cooking and exploring with his husband. Oh, and taking money from unsuspecting cribbage players.
